Lance Bellinger, CIA agent and subversion expert, is on a mission: seek out leaders of Myanmar’s ethnic minority rebels and convince them to declare independence. He is aided by a Burmese-American relief worker, Mandalay Aung. The two are pursued relentlessly by Myanmar’s ruling military regime and a former KGB agent with a vengeance.
